Conducting Effective Surveys

This course tackles the art of survey research methodology. This is a practical course which walks you through the early steps of the survey process, including sampling, how to write questions and design questionnaires, getting higher response rates, and preparing data for analysis. It includes issues relevant for web-based and email surveys. This course involves very little hands-on use of SPSS.
