Target group

The new 2018 syllabus is recognised as a pre-requisite to other ISTQB® certifications where Foundation Level is required (note: all previous releases of Foundation Level, including the 2011 syllabus and “grandfathered” Foundation Level certifications, will remain valid).

Senior HR/L&D Roles: Director/Head of Recruitment, Head of Training, Head of Talent. Senior Decision Makers in IT Roles: CIO, Head/Director of ITSM, Head of Change Management, Head of Application Management, Head of Service Desk, IT Managers, Infrastructure & Network Managers, Head of Operation.
