Participants in the Quality Issue and Action Management course will learn the quality closed-loop process. They will also create and route Quality Issues and Quality Actions. Furthermore, they will relate the Quality Issues and Actions in such a way that the Issues will automatically close when the Actions are closed. In addition, participants will create a change order related to a Quality Action so that when change order actually corrects the problem, it will close the Action. Participants will also learn how to configure the Quality Management system by creating new Issue and Action types and learning how to add a new attribute.
