Description

Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) with Nexus ™ is a two-day course designed as an experiential workshop where students learn how to scale Scrum using the Nexus Framework. You will get acquainted with more than 50 agile practices, technical and organizational, for multi-team cooperation.

Target

Everyone involved in the management and coaching of agile product development in a multi-team arrangement at Scrum.

Prerequisites

Participants should already have a solid understanding of Scrum – either through work experience in Scrum or verified by a PSM I exam.
