Teradata Warehouse Administration

This course provides a comprehensive survey of theadministrative activities associated with a Teradatainstallation. It describes the Teradata system environment,perm and spool space allocation and management,including databases and users. It also explainsadministrative resources, including access rights, roles,profiles, and session accounting functions and theDatabase Query Log (DBQL). Various administrativeutilities including the Database Window, Ferret,CheckTable, and the Recovery Manager are also covered.In addition, this course includes several modules describingthe various aspects of both backup and recovery.
